Fixed term – 20 months 

Co-production with local people is cited as a priority within the Salford Locality Plan 2020-2025. This project aims to support local people in co-production and co-design of solutions on four key determinants of health and well-being. 

The Co-production Facilitator will recruit and facilitate local people to generate ideas, engage with decision-makers, and co-design solutions. They will also present proposals and progress reports, and support marketing and media engagement. 

You will have excellent facilitation, communication and project skills for working with a diverse range of people. You will have a good understanding of co-production, the determinants of health and well-being, and the issues facing people in disadvantaged communities. You will have a track record of delivering to targets and outcomes within timescales, and experience of working with diverse local communities.
