In recent years, Salford has experienced unprecedented levels of economic growth, but too many local people have not benefitted from this prosperity. Fuelling Ambitions Creatively Together (FACT) is designed to help young people and their families to make the most of the opportunities around them. It involves collaboration between schools, private and public sectors to improve outcomes.

The Project Co-ordinator will co-ordinate activity and support each participating school to deliver the project with relevant partners and stakeholders in the private and public sectors. They will monitor and report on activity, and contribute to project development.

You will have strengths in creating relationships and partnership working across sectors, problem-solving, project co-ordination, and communication. With a good knowledge of issues relating to young people in disadvantaged communities, you will have a track record of delivering to targets and of your own personal development and learning. You will be resilient and comfortable working alone, with good time management skills.
