In partnership with the local organisation, START in Salford, we will work with to integrate mental health service users back into their communities. From START’s creative arts interventions, service users will transfer from our main delivery site at Brunswick House to a satellite site within their community; acting as a stepping stone as they continue on their recovery journey.
Unlimited Potential will provide each individual accessing the outreach sessions with access to a Wellbeing Mentor who will offer them 1-1 support to complement the benefits of creative art and further improve confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy; connecting them to external opportunities, and ultimately to their potential.
