By applying a Plan, Do, Study Act (PDSA) approach to every project or service allows us to learn, understand and make improvements as they implemented and developed.
Robust performance monitoring systems mean that we can analyse customer feedback and data in order to identify trends and patterns. This is used to inform how we develop projects for the future.
