The Society has a clear governance structure consisting of:
- Supporters
- Board of Directors
- Committees
- Executive Team
The Supporters hold one share each. A share may not be transferred or withdrawn by a Supporter, and it is cancelled when they cease to be a Supporter. They consist of client Supporters, staff Supporters and associate Supporters. Supporters may attend and participate at Supporters’ meetings, receive annual accounts and Directors’ reports, and elect or remove non-executive Directors and financial auditors.
