What we aim to achieve
To help the Northern Care Alliance NHS Group to learn how to grow its own local workforce to reflect the communities that it serves, and to maximise its influence on an underlying cause of ill-health - poverty - including by widening access to quality work for local communities.
What we do
We collect and reflect the perceptions of local people in Oldham, with a particular focus on Coldhurst, on the NHS in Oldham as an employer and what could be improved. We then share this insight with the Northern Care Alliance to create a new pre-employment offer and to improve recruitment of local people.
